CAMP FITNESS....DAY ONE!
Camp Fitness....what is it......
Well , as a former non athletic chubby twenty something..i came to exercise pretty late in life! To this day i struggle daily with my preferred diet choices of diet irn bru haribo and peanut m and ms and what i know will efficiently fuel my body and keep me looking better, feeling better and living longer!
So yeah, i had that epihany..unemployment, depression a break up...and turned my life around. Took up jogging myself..then going to my local swimming...then my local run club...before i knew it i had lost five stone and completed over 30 races including The London Marathon!
Having went back to study fitness and it now being to me a part of my daily life...I realised what i thought was missing from many of the sports and groups i attended...fun!
I think that with the real massive trend for bootcamps...army style shouty terrifying workouts....theres a market for more fun but equally hard workouts!
Remember how you never felt tired playing chases or cartwheeling at school.....or the screams you let out laughing playing hide and seek or relay races or bulldogs?
Thats what i want to get back with camp fitness....getting fit...having fun....being you ....and most importantly..getting results
